Calm Abiding Meditation Course

Don't miss this opportunity to learn the fundamentals of meditation or enhance your current practice. Irena our meditation teacher has been teaching meditation for over 12 years and has helped countless people establish, deepen and enhance their individual meditation practices. This course originally comes from Tibetan Buddhist teachings handed down over thousands of years however, there is no need to be Buddhist to attend or benefit from this amazing skill.

This eight week course will offer a relaxed and welcoming environment in which you can learn the fundamentals of meditation including posture, attention to breath how to overcome obstacles and tips for setting up a regular successful meditation practice.
