Decided by a public vote, our exciting, diverse, and breathtakingly beautiful seaside village of Yeppoon has been named in Australian Traveller’s Top 50 Aussie Towns.

Nestled within a list of popular towns such as Broome, Noosa, Cairns, Port Fairy, Margaret River and Coffs Harbour, Yeppoon flew the Sunshine State banner alongside eight other well-known Queensland towns.

The objective of Australian Traveller’s Best Towns issue is to give readers a list of towns that they can put on their lists of places to visit. It is about inspiring Australians and making it easier for them to get out and see their own country.

 In addition to being named in the Top 50, the Capricorn Coast has also ranked fourth in Australia’s best coastal trips.
